This picture was taken in the Musée Carnavalet in Paris in the late 2000s. I’ve always found it amusing. I’m also a bit confused as to why some older Asian tourists would have visited the museum in the first place. It’s one of my favorites in Paris, but if you’re not knowledgeable about French history, I’m not sure you can really enjoy it. That probably explains why they decided to nap instead, as I assume they were on one of these silly group tours where they rush everywhere trying to see as many things as possible. I’m actually surprised such a tour would go to the Musée Carnavalet. Hmmm…
